Tóm tắt: Bảo tồn và phát huy các giá trị di sản văn hóa biển đảo là nhiệm vụ có ý nghĩa quan trọng, góp phần khẳng định và làm giàu thêm hệ giá trị văn hóa Việt Nam, thúc đẩy kinh tế phát triển và khẳng định chủ quyền quốc gia trên biển. Trong thời kỳ đổi mới, công tác bảo tồn và phát huy các giá trị di sản văn hóa biển đảo được Đảng và Nhà nước quan tâm lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo kịp thời, sát thực tiễn. Trong bối cảnh tình hình Biển Đông diễn biến phức tạp, khó lường, đe dọa tới chủ quyền và lợi ích quốc gia trên biển của Việt Nam, sự lãnh đạo của Đảng về bảo tồn và phát huy các giá trị di sản văn hóa biển đảo cần được nghiên cứu, bổ sung, phát triển.

THE PARTY'S GUIDELINES ON THE PRESERVATION AND PROMOTION OF COASTAL AND ISLAND CULTURAL HERITAGE VALUES DURING THE RENOVATION PERIOD
Abstract: Preserving and promoting marine and island cultural heritage is of great significance, contributing to the affirmation and enrichment of Vietnam’s cultural value system, economic development, and the assertion of national sovereignty at sea. Since the implementation of the Doi Moi (Renovation) policy in 1986, the Party and the State have provided timely and practical leadership and direction for the preservation and promotion of marine and island cultural heritage. In the current context, the situation in the East Sea has become increasingly complex and unpredictable, posing threats to Vietnam’s sovereignty and national interests at sea. Therefore, the Party’s leadership in preserving and promoting marine and island cultural heritage needs to be further studied, supplemented, and developed.
